The Hamilton Hotel is a 1922 building on the National Register of Historic Places. The booking screen for November 17, 2026 itemized a $25.00 Facility Fee, $3.99 of tax on it, a 1% Community Impact Fee of $4.39 and $0.70 of tax on that. That is $34.08 a night on the night we read. The Facility Fee is waived on the government and military rate if you show a valid ID at check-in. Valet is $69 a night, the only parking the hotel's FAQ offers for a car, which puts a night with one at $103.08 before room tax. Buses, RVs and cars with trailers get sent to Union Station. A non-refundable deposit of one night plus tax is authorized 48 hours before arrival and applied to the balance. Checking in before noon costs extra, and late check-out is $25 an hour until 4 PM. Room wear is the most common complaint, worn carpet above all. Some recent stays turned up tired mattresses, and some rooms face a loading dock.
