Our take
By Matt Spaulding, Founder and writer
Choice's booking screen for November 17 added Houston's 17% hotel tax and no fee; its total matched the rate plus tax to the cent. The hotel's own page timed out on us, so the parking price is unknown. Reliant Stadium is 12 minutes on foot, 872 meters. Guests mention the location near the Texas Medical Center first. Clean rooms and a free hot breakfast come next (the one dated review we could read is from June 2024). The lot is small. Guests say check-in comes with a warning about car break-ins and no liability for theft or damage. Leave nothing in the car. Front-desk service gets both friendly and unresponsive write-ups, and a few guests said the room they got wasn't the one they booked. Wi-Fi is called weak, and some guests found the breakfast unimpressive.
