Through the summer of 2026, guests describe the SpringHill's air conditioning failing in the hallways, the lobby, an elevator and the gym, once for about four days. A review from 2024 describes one working elevator and long waits, and a guest in 2026 disliked the elevator too. One guest in July 2026 wrote about a strong odor on a floor, and parts of the hotel read as dated, down to loose headboards and a small shower. Staff and breakfast draw steady praise, and guests like the outdoor pool and hot tub. Self-parking is $15 a day per Marriott's page, with no valet. That's the highest parking price any hotel in this area prints, and a car adds $45 over three nights. One guest questioned a charge of about $20 for 'secured' parking, about $5 over the rate Marriott publishes, so check the parking line on the bill. No Destination Fee line showed on Marriott's screen for November 17. Reliant Stadium is an 18-minute walk, 1,351 meters. Pets are not allowed, and check-out is at noon.
