Parking at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites costs $7 a day, per IHG's hotel page, the lowest of the four paid parking rates we found around Reliant Park (the Wyndham parks free except on Rodeo and major stadium days). IHG's November 17 booking screen added Houston's combined 17 percent hotel tax and nothing else, so a driver pays the taxed rate plus the $7, which IHG's page doesn't say is taxed. It is 16 minutes on foot to Reliant Stadium, 1,160 meters. Guests praise the staff and the clean, spacious rooms. Some call the breakfast good and varied, others find it limited. The newest review we found, from June 2026, points to upkeep, with a broken in-room safe and a refrigerator problem, and other write-ups mention water outages and how often rooms were cleaned. Most of the reviews we could see date from 2017 to 2021, so that June account counts for more than its size. Few restaurants are within walking distance. Sound from foot traffic carries into rooms near the lobby level.
