Omni Chicago sits at 676 North Michigan, four minutes on foot from the Water Tower, and reviews put the walk to shopping and dining at the top of the praise. Guests also mention helpful staff and clean suites with city views. The complaints are mostly about value, with worn furnishings and charges guests did not expect. Street noise from Michigan Avenue reaches some rooms. A few reports mention heating and drain problems, and one mentions pests. The rates on Omni's booking screen include a $28 per night destination charge, and the policies page lists what it buys: in-room Wi-Fi, local calls, a $10 laundry credit and a digital Wall Street Journal among them. Valet is $89.49 overnight, so a guest who drives pays $117.49 a night beyond the room before tax, or $352.47 over three nights. There is no self-park rate on the hotel's pages. Without a car, the address does the work. You must be 21, and dogs up to 25 pounds and cats stay for a $125 cleaning fee per stay.
