Loews charges a $30 destination fee a night plus tax, and it comes with a $10 Uber or parking credit and daily premium Wi-Fi. The credit applies once per stay, so over three nights the fee is $90 and the credit takes $10 off. Guests like the beds and the shower pressure. The hotel is 17 minutes on foot from the Water Tower and runs no shuttle; the concierge arranges taxis. Reviews complain about the parking cost again and again. Self-parking is $63 a night at the AMC River East garage, with in and out and validation required. Valet is $85 a night per car. Three nights self-parked plus the fee is $279 over the room rate before tax, or $269 if the credit goes to parking. EV charging costs an extra $40, and the page does not say whether that is per night or per stay. Late check-out costs half the daily rate before 3 p.m. and the full rate after.
