The only hotel fee we know of here is Sonesta's: $20 a day, per the hotel's own site. The other four showed none on their booking screens when we read them on 29 October 2026. Parking runs $53 to $72 at the four hotels where we could read a rate.

Wawa Welcome America puts its July 4 crowds on the Parkway itself
Winter is when rooms go begging. Visit Philly's 2025 figures for Center City put December at about 54% full, January at 52% and February at 56%, against 75% in October, and the January Auto Show at the Convention Center lands inside that stretch. Within the week, Saturday ran fullest in 2019 at 88.1% and Tuesday was the busiest weeknight at 79.4%; that is the newest day-of-week split we found. Leisure has since become the largest segment, 37% of 2025's 3.5 million room nights against 30% each for group and business.
Eagles home games and the Convention Center's big conventions are the nights to check first. The Flower Show is set for 13 to 21 March 2027 at the Convention Center, per the Inquirer. May was Center City's fullest month in 2025, at 76%, and the forecast for May 2027 is 75%. Jefferson holds commencements at the Convention Center on 11 and 12 May 2027 and at the Kimmel Center on the 19th, the day the AIA conference opens its listed 19 to 22 May run. Penn's commencement is the 24th at Franklin Field. Wawa Welcome America's concert and fireworks crowds come with road closures on the Parkway around July 4. The festival ran 19 June to 4 July in 2026, a year boosted by the 250th, and the 2027 dates are not out.
Every parking rate we could read, including valet-only prices at the Windsor Suites and Sonesta, costs more than Sonesta's $20 daily destination fee (per the hotel's own site; we have not read its booking screen), and we could not read the Four Seasons rate at all. Tax on the room is 15.5%, rising to about 16.25% at a hotel with 50 or more rooms, which adds the 0.75% PHiL levy. All five hotels are within a 10-minute walk of a Broad Street Line station, and the line runs to NRG Station for Lincoln Financial Field, so on game day the car can stay at the hotel.

How do I get from the Parkway to the Eagles game?
By the Broad Street Line to NRG Station, on the same $2.90 SEPTA fare that covers the Market-Frankford Line. SEPTA runs limited service to and from NRG Station on event days, so check the schedule before you go.
