Our take
By Matt Spaulding, Founder and writer
Every arrival at the Four Seasons ends in an elevator: the hotel occupies floors 48 to 56 of the Comcast Technology Center. In an office tower at a busy hour that means a wait, and the lobby is upstairs, not at street level. The spa and an indoor pool are in the building. Switched to the all-in price, the booking screen for 17 November 2026 raised six rates by the same 16.3 to 16.4 percent. That is tax alone, with no hotel fee in it: a fixed nightly fee would have been a bigger share of the cheaper rates. We have no overnight valet price, because the hotel's own parking pages refused our research request, so ask the hotel before you drive in. Dogs up to 25 pounds stay at no additional fee in designated pet-friendly rooms. They must be leashed, and the hotel wants them trained and vaccinated. Breakfast costs extra, and price is the most common gripe.
