The Dupont Circle Hotel is 114 meters from the circle, a two-minute walk, and none of the other ten hotels here is closer. The Doyle Collection's directions page puts the Dupont Circle station moments from the entrance and Union Station about 10 minutes away on the Red Line. Doyle's booking screen itemized the nightly rate and tax and nothing else, so the screen gave no hotel fee to add. It would not sell November 17 ("Your Check-In/Check-Out Combination Is Not Available"), so we read December 8 instead. Overnight valet is $65 a night and day valet is $32, and the hotel lists no other way to park. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out at 12 PM. A late check-out until 5 PM costs half the room rate. Pets must be dogs or cats of 50 pounds or less, one per room, for $100 per stay, and they stay out of the indoor restaurants. There is no airport shuttle, though guest relations can arrange a private transfer.
