Hyatt announced a full renovation of all 955 rooms at the Regency in February 2021. Overnight valet is $65 plus tax, the same as a stay of 10 to 24 hours, and shorter visits cost less: $40 plus tax for three to ten hours, $35 for up to three. Oversized vehicles are $70, a price Hyatt's page doesn't mark plus tax. Valet is the only parking Hyatt's parking page lists and there's no destination fee on the November 17 screen, so two nights of overnight valet add $130 plus tax. A heated outdoor pool with a sundeck and a 24-hour fitness center are on site. Dogs are welcome, two a room at 50 pounds each and 75 combined, for $100 up to six nights and another $100 for each further six. Reserve the dog's place in advance. There's a dog walk on the sixth floor. The hotel is across the street from a Greenlink stop and about three blocks from the Main Street Square METRORail station, and its FAQ says it runs no airport shuttle. Jones Plaza is a nine-minute walk, 680 meters.
