Our take
By Matt Spaulding, Founder and writer
SpringHill Suites sits on Grapevine Mills Circle, right across the street from the mall by the reviews, and close enough to DFW that a free airport shuttle does most of the work. Guests found it on time and polite, and the front desk can tell you how it runs. Marriott's November 11 booking screen had no fee line on it, and Marriott's page for the hotel lists self-parking on site at no charge, so a car adds nothing to the bill. Rooms are spacious and clean, with a microwave, and guests liked the simple breakfast and found the staff communicative. The building is dated, by the reviews, and the built-in room air conditioner is average. One guest missed small extras like slippers and extra toiletries, and a 2018 review thought the two neighboring hotels were nicer. If this one is full, the Hyatt Place and Homewood Suites in this set are on the same street.
