Our take
By Matt Spaulding, Founder and writer
Three minutes on foot is the shortest routed walk to Cowtown Coliseum of the Stockyards hotels we have a route for: 257 meters from 132 East Exchange Avenue, on the same street as the arena. Guests describe friendly staff and clean rooms. Stockyards Station and the Historic District are a very short walk. That is close to all the research turned up. The write-ups are short, and no complaint about the rooms surfaced, which at this sample size says little. How loud a weekend in the district gets from these rooms is untested. Hyatt's booking screen for the night of November 11, 2026 listed rooms with no destination fee or resort fee paragraph. Parking is the one cost point guests raise, as a paid add-on. Hyatt's parking page lists self-parking from $20 a night per car and says prices can go up for special events, so three nights with a car add at least $60.
