In a convention hotel as big as Philadelphia Marriott Downtown, reviews single out noise from the elevators and the ice machines, so request a room away from both. It stands at 1201 Market Street, 4 minutes on foot from the Pennsylvania Convention Center, and its guest entrance is at 1200 Filbert Street. The November 17, 2026 booking screen showed no destination fee, which makes the off-site valet, $72.58 a day, the biggest addition to Marriott's pre-tax rate: $145.16 for two nights, or $85.44 a day for an oversized vehicle. Marriott's page also lists an off-site lot at $59 a day or $20 an hour, $13.58 a day less than the valet. The garage height limit is 6 ft 8 in, and the same page warns of limited on-site parking during special events and on weekends. Pets are not allowed. If you are bringing a dog to a convention, the Notary, also 4 minutes from the hall, takes one up to 40 pounds.
