The Cambria is a 15-floor, 223-room hotel on the Avenue of the Arts, with Attico, a rooftop restaurant and bar of about 3,000 square feet, on top. Choice's releases date the hotel to 2018. Choice's booking screen shows no fee breakdown until you add a room. With a room added for 17 November, the total came to the room rate plus 16.25 percent tax, to the cent, so the screen adds no fee. The choicehotels.com property page timed out on every attempt. At 223 rooms the hotel charges the 0.75 percent PHiL levy over the 15.5 percent room tax, about 16.25 percent in all. The walk to the square is 10 minutes, the longest of the eleven hotels, tied with the DoubleTree. Choice's listing says pets are not allowed and service animals are, free of charge. Stays here run into slow elevators at busy times and noise from the street and the rooftop crowd. Parking is unresolved. Choice's listing contradicts itself, with a Visit Philly package that includes parking for one vehicle beside amenity data that lists both valet and no parking, and no operator price turned up.
