The booking screen for 17 November 2026 showed a $35.00 Destination Fee inside the per-night price. Room tax of 16.37 percent comes on top, per the rate details, and so does $5.73 of tax on the fee. Overnight valet is $75 a night, $85 for an oversized vehicle, with unlimited in and out until 6 PM on the day you leave, and the FAQ names no self-parking. Charging an electric car costs another $30 per day of charging. A stay with a car carries $115.73 a night beyond the room rate. Whether the city's parking tax is inside the $75, the FAQ does not say. Only the $35 fee is already in the price you see. There is no shuttle, though the concierge can arrange private transportation. Check-in is a guaranteed 3 PM, and you must be 21 to check in. The hotel is staying open through a renovation that began on 16 October 2026, with construction on weekdays from 9 AM to 5 PM, per Billy Penn.
