Our take

By Matt Spaulding, Founder and writer

The suites at Home2 Suites by Hilton Chicago McCormick Place have full kitchens, and with a free hot breakfast that makes it the Cermak Road hotel to price for a longer stay. It has an indoor saltwater pool and a 22nd-floor rooftop bar. A skybridge runs from the building to the convention center. On the street, McCormick Place West is seven minutes away and Wintrust Arena is close too. Hilton's screen for Monday 2 November 2026 had 10 rooms and no mandatory-charge line, so Chicago's 18.9% room tax is the only thing added to the rate. Hilton's own pages disagree about parking. The main and hotel-info pages list self-park at $52 a day and no valet. The location page lists no self-park and valet at $59 with in-and-out. The property's site names a paid lot behind the hotel with limited spaces and gives no price. A week at $52 is $364 and a week at $59 is $413, before tax, so ask the hotel which rate applies before you drive in. Dogs and cats are allowed, at $75 for a stay of up to four nights and $125 for five or more. Smoking in a non-smoking room costs up to $250 per incident.
