The pool deck is the whole point here, and it's standing in for a beach that isn't. Four Seasons Miami is a business hotel on Brickell Avenue looking out at Biscayne Bay, and its two acres of pool terrace, hammocks, cabanas and poolside food service are what guests bring up first. Staff earn the praise too, especially the pool team and the crews at Edge and Nuna. Now the catch, and it's the valet. It comes up over and over: unhelpful staff, and one detailed account of vehicle damage answered with a flat refusal to compensate. Execution slips elsewhere for a hotel at this level, with billing errors mentioned repeatedly and a front desk that took 30 minutes to handle a 1am wake-up call request. Some guests find the polish impersonal; one called it aesthetically beautiful with very little soul. The thing people miss is geography. South Beach is a 20-plus minute rideshare, so if you booked picturing sand, you booked the wrong Four Seasons. Budget the real number too: a mandatory $60 per night resort fee plus tax, then parking on top at $65 a day for valet or $60 to self-park next door. Call it $125 a night before the room. It suits Brickell business travelers and couples who want a serious pool day and downtown dining within walking distance.

Yes, $60 per night plus applicable taxes, and it's mandatory on every reservation on top of the room rate. It covers a welcome beverage, unlimited access to the Equinox Brickell fitness club, poolside yoga, weekly wellness and beverage experiences, and use of the hotel bicycles.
How much is parking at the Four Seasons Miami?
$65 a day for valet, which includes unlimited in-and-out, or $60 a day to self-park in the garage next to the hotel. Valet is the single most common complaint in guest reviews, so if you're particular about your car, self-parking saves you $5 and a handoff. The hotel publishes both as flat per-day rates.
How far is the Four Seasons Miami from the beach?
There isn't a beach at the hotel. It sits on Brickell Avenue overlooking Biscayne Bay, and South Beach is a 20-plus minute rideshare depending on causeway traffic. The two-acre pool deck is what you get instead, and it's the feature guests rate most highly.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is noon. Early arrival and late departure aren't guaranteed unless you book the night on either side. If you arrive early or leave late, the hotel will store your bags and let you use the fitness facilities in the meantime.
Is the Four Seasons Miami worth it?
For a Brickell work trip or an urban weekend built around the pool and downtown dining, yes. The staff, Edge, Nuna and the 1435 lobby bar draw steady praise. Go in knowing you'll pay about $125 a night in resort fee and valet before the room, and that service execution can wobble at that price.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes. The hotel is pet-friendly with no weight restrictions for certain breeds, and you sign a pet letter at check-in, so contact the concierge before you arrive. Two catches: the hotel doesn't publish a pet fee amount, so ask when you book, and guests have flagged that dogs can't be left unattended, which blunts the advertised pet perks. There's no in-house pet-sitting, but they refer out to Arsi Care.
