Ripley's Orlando is a self-guided oddities museum, and the building that looks like it's sliding into a sinkhole tells you what you're in for. Inside are 16 themed galleries and around 600 exhibits across roughly 10,000 square feet: a shrunken head, a 3,197-pound meteorite plus an actual piece of Mars, Apollo relics, a spinning vortex tunnel, and a long run of curiosities you walk past at your own pace. The draw is the hours. It stays open late, generally to 11pm or midnight, so it slots neatly into an evening or a rainy afternoon when the big parks have closed or chased you indoors. The catch is length versus price: most people are done in about 1 to 1.5 hours, and a fixed admission can feel steep for a walk-through that short. It's a museum walk with no rides or shows, and a few of the darker exhibits (taxidermy, macabre artifacts) can rattle younger kids. Treat the cancellation terms as to-be-confirmed: Ripley's own site and some sellers advertise free cancellation up to 24 hours out, but the seller's policy isn't verified, so check at checkout.
