Marriott runs the booking for citizenM Washington DC NoMa now, because citizenM's own site redirects to it, and Marriott's November 17 screen showed no destination fee line. That puts it level with the Courtyard and $35 a night under the Hyatt Regency. The hotel is at 1222 1st St NE, a 15-minute walk from Union Station. It has no parking of any kind, valet or self; the hotel points drivers to SpotHero lots and says it is not affiliated with them, so a car costs whatever the lot charges. Check-in opens at 2 PM, the earliest of any hotel here whose time we have, and checkout is 11 AM. Wi-Fi is free, and the lobby is set up like a living room. The few reviews we found praise the breakfast and the design. You must be 18, and pets are not allowed, service animals only. Emotional support animals do not count as service animals.
