Sundance Square Plaza is 67 meters from the Sinclair's door at 512 Main Street, a one-minute walk and the shortest of the twelve. The building is Art Deco, with a rooftop on the 17th floor, and its 164 rooms have touchscreen mirrors and Kohler digital showers. The rooms are also small and the bathrooms smaller. The upkeep doesn't match the lobby: reviews mention a broken gym, and housekeeping that came once in four days for one guest and twice in a day for another. The rooftop bar and the restaurant draw good words, though a rooftop closure upended one guest's plans. The front desk gives useful recommendations. Pets are not allowed, but service animals are accommodated without a fee. Valet is $57 a day on Marriott's hotel page, and the booking screen added no fee line. The page doesn't say whether tax goes on top. Three nights of valet at $57 come to $171.
