Guests find the AC's 252 rooms new and clean, though they split on size: small to some, spacious in the corner rooms. One family liked the hard floors instead of carpet. The walk from 101 West 5th Street to Sundance Square Plaza takes two minutes. Self-parking and valet are both $59 a day on Marriott's page, so parking the car yourself saves nothing. A week with a car adds $413 in parking, tax unstated, on top of a booking screen that showed no fee line. Check-in is at 3 p.m. and check-out at noon. Breakfast comes with a few set options. Up to two pets per room are allowed, 100 pounds each, for a non-refundable $100 per stay, and service animals stay free. Wi-Fi is free. The hotel also has a 24-hour fitness center and an AC Lounge with an outdoor patio. Reviews mention plumbing trouble, too: a toilet that backed up, and brown water.
