DART light rail stops steps from the Sheraton's front door, per its Marriott page. On foot, the convention center is 24 minutes away. A $25 destination fee comes built into the nightly rate on Marriott's November 11 screen. Self-parking on site is $30 a day and valet is $55. Self-parking plus the fee costs you $55 a night before tax; valet makes it $80. The rooftop pool is open 6 AM to 10 PM, and the 24-hour fitness center covers 6,000 square feet and has 5 Peloton bikes. Dogs and cats up to 50 pounds stay for $150 per stay, tax included and non-refundable. Check-in isn't until 4 PM, and you need to be 21. The hotel is large, and convention weeks bring long elevator waits and hallway noise from groups. Rooms near the elevator bank are the loudest, and a high floor in the South Tower is the common advice.
