Comfort Suites puts you in a suite with a microwave and refrigerator, and the free full breakfast is served in a 1,200 square foot room. At 38 minutes on foot, it is the farthest hotel here from AT&T Stadium, so plan to drive or ride. Choice's booking screen for November 17 marked the rate "Fees included", and its info dialog names a Hotel Service Fee of $3.99 per room per night, already inside the rate Choice shows. Parking is outdoors, with bus parking listed, and no page we read states a price. Ask before you bring a car. Check-in is 3 p.m. and checkout is noon. Outside there's a pool and a picnic area with grills. The Grab & Go pantry is open around the clock. Reports from May 2026 describe upkeep problems, stained bedding and water damage among them, while older ones praise clean, spacious rooms. The front desk's handling of those problems draws complaints as well. Look at the room when you arrive and ask for another if it isn't right.
