Quiet when AT&T Stadium is dark, from December 6 to 26 and most of January

Of the six Cowboys home games left, November 1, 15 and 22, December 27 and January 3 fall on Sundays, and November 26 is Thanksgiving Thursday. Ye plays Saturday, November 7, and the Big 12 title game is Friday, December 4 (one source says the 5th). The Cotton Bowl's playoff quarterfinal is Friday, January 1, and the Giants come two days later, so January 1 to 3 stays busy. Arlington on its own has no published weekday or weekend rate table that we found.

The quiet runs December 6 to 26 and January 4 to February 3, when the AT&T Stadium calendar shows nothing. The first of those windows also falls in the metro's cheapest month for business travel, about 10% under the yearly average in the booking data. Events return with the East-West Bowl on February 4 and the NHL Stadium Series on February 20. The IndyCar Grand Prix, March 19 to 21, turns the streets around the stadiums and Loews into a circuit. Harry Styles has five nights between April 9 and 17 on the stadium calendar. Arlington hotels took a record $31 million in room revenue in June 2026, World Cup month, beating November 2024's $23.6 million.

Hotel tax is 15% (9% city, 6% state), and hotels with 75 or more rooms add a 2% assessment. IHG's screen for the Holiday Inn showed 17.94% plus $1.90 a night as taxes outside the rate. Caravan Court's site lists an $18 destination fee per room per night plus applicable taxes, with three more fees on top. Besides the Holiday Inn and the Courtyard, four booking screens gave us no fee line we could read, and we haven't tried the screens at Caravan Court and the Sanford House. Parking is free at the Drury by its own page, $10 a day at the Holiday Inn and the Courtyard, $29 plus tax to self-park or $39 plus tax for valet at the two Loews, and $45 plus taxes and gratuity at Caravan Court, valet only. No rail reaches the district. Arlington On-Demand rides cost $3 to $8, and its Sunday hours aren't listed, which matters on Cowboys Sundays. On Cowboys home dates the city also bans on-street parking in three residential zones.

Arlington Entertainment District deal questions

When are Arlington Entertainment District hotels cheapest?

December 6 to 26 and January 4 to February 3 are the quiet stretches on the AT&T Stadium calendar, and business-travel booking data for the metro makes December its cheapest month. We found no Arlington rate data to confirm the rest. Game and concert dates push the other way, and so does the Grand Prix.

Which nights are busiest near AT&T Stadium?

Stadium event nights: Cowboys home games on November 1, 15, 22 and 26, December 27 and January 3, Ye on November 7, the Big 12 title game on December 4 (one source says December 5) and a playoff quarterfinal on January 1. We found no occupancy figures for those nights, so treat them as busy rather than sold out.

What does parking cost at the hotels near AT&T Stadium?

From nothing to $45 a night. The Drury Plaza's own page lists parking as free during the stay, the Holiday Inn and the Courtyard charge $10 a day to self-park by IHG's and Marriott's own pages, the two Loews hotels charge $29 plus tax to self-park or $39 plus tax for valet, and Caravan Court is valet only at $45 plus taxes and gratuity. Comfort Suites and the Sanford House don't state a price we could confirm.

Do hotels in the Arlington Entertainment District charge a destination fee?

One says so in writing. Caravan Court's own site lists an $18 destination fee per room per night plus applicable taxes, though we haven't read its booking screen. Marriott's screen for the Courtyard showed no fee line, and IHG's screen for the Holiday Inn listed only taxes. For the other five hotels a fee is unconfirmed.

Do you need a car to stay near AT&T Stadium?

Not to reach the stadium from Live! by Loews or Loews Arlington, which are 8 and 11 minutes' walk away, though no rail reaches the district, so arriving takes a car or a ride. The other six are 20 to 38 minutes on foot: the Courtyard 20, Caravan Court 22, the Sanford House 25, the Drury 27, the Holiday Inn 33 and Comfort Suites 38. Walk times here follow the walking route, not a straight line. Arlington On-Demand rides cost $3 to $8.

How much is hotel tax in Arlington?

15%, made up of 9% city tax and 6% state tax. Hotels with 75 or more rooms add a 2% assessment. IHG's screen for the Holiday Inn listed 17.94% per night and $1.90 per night as taxes not included in the rate. The city's FAQ says hotels may add a State Cost-Recovery Fee (0.525% of the room rate), and Caravan Court's own site lists one at $4.75 per room per night.
