The booking cart at Trump International itemized one charge beyond the room, Chicago's room tax at 18.9% of the rate. There is no destination fee. The hotel's FAQ says it offers valet and self-parking, then sends you to the front desk at (312) 588-8000 for current rates and inclusions, so the overnight price isn't published anywhere we could read. The only figures posted are for spa visitors: valet at $30 with validation for up to four hours, and self-park at $20. An autumn offer on the hotel's site lists complimentary self-parking and shows no end date. Ask whether it covers your dates before you count on it. The hotel authorizes $200 a night on your card and releases it at departure if you haven't used it, so three nights ties up $600. A rollaway bed is $50 a day and isn't allowed in two-bed rooms. Bed comfort is the complaint that comes up most in reviews, ahead of noise and price. The pool on Level 14M has no lifeguard.
