Opinion on the staff at SpringHill Suites Atlanta Downtown is split: one guest found the front desk less than friendly, and others call the staff exceptional. Every room is a suite, at 239 Ivan Allen Jr Blvd NW, and Centennial Olympic Park is a 9-minute walk, with seven of the other hotels closer. Marriott's booking screen for November 17, 2026 had no destination fee line. Valet is all the hotel lists for parking, at $55 a day, which ties Moxy for the cheapest valet here and sits $20 under the Omni. Two nights still come to $110 and three to $165, and the Hilton Garden Inn's self-park garage does two nights for $20 less. Having to pay for valet comes up again and again in reviews. Pets aren't allowed, and check-out is at 11 AM after a 3 PM check-in. A free breakfast comes up in reviews too, and one guest called it poor.
