Our take
By Matt Spaulding, Founder and writer
The Residence Inn sells suites with a living area and a full kitchen, and on a stay of three nights or more the kitchen replaces some restaurant meals. Families get the most out of the separate living area. The walk to Peachtree Center station takes 2 minutes. There was no destination fee on Marriott's booking screen for November 17, 2026. Valet is the only parking, $50 a day on Marriott's hotel page, the lowest valet rate in the area. Three nights is $150 in valet, before any tax on the parking, which Marriott's page doesn't state. Up to two pets are allowed, 50 pounds each, for a $150 non-refundable fee per stay. Upkeep is uneven. Maintenance problems come up, and one room was reported not fully cleaned. One review mentions no in-room safe. Value for the price is questioned. The beds get good notes, and the buffet breakfast is liked by many and called just okay by others.
