Our take
By Matt Spaulding, Founder and writer
Courtyard rooms in the historic Carnegie Building at 133 Carnegie Way run small, but you're 113 meters from the Peachtree Center MARTA station, a 2-minute walk. If you're out at the attractions all day and back only to sleep, the small room matters less than the short walk to the train. You can walk to the aquarium and Centennial Olympic Park, and opinions on the surrounding blocks are split. The front desk is hit or miss, though the rooms are clean and the staff friendly. Pets are not allowed, and this is one of three hotels in the area that turn them away, with the Hyatt Regency and the Marquis. Nothing marked a destination fee when we checked a November 17, 2026 night on Marriott's site. Valet is $55 a day, the same $55 the Candler and the Ellis list, and Marriott's hotel page lists no self-parking. That's $110 for two nights, and the page is silent on parking tax.
