Signia Bonnet Creek's pitch is simple: Disney-deluxe pool amenities at a discount to Disney's own deluxe rates, in a 482-acre enclave surrounded on three sides by Walt Disney World. The three-acre pool complex is the anchor, a zero-entry main pool, an 820-foot lazy river, a waterslide, and two hot tubs, and your key also opens the Waldorf Astoria's two quieter pools a five-minute lakeside walk away, along with a shared spa and a Rees Jones golf course. It's an official Walt Disney World hotel with 30-minute early entry confirmed through 2027; there are no Extended Evening Hours and no free theme-park parking, and this is where the fine print earns its keep: within Bonnet Creek only the Hilton properties get early entry at all. Weigh the stack honestly: a $50-plus-tax resort fee and $40-plus-tax self-parking add roughly $100 a night, and it's a thousand-room convention hotel, so midweek brings lanyards, elevator queues, and contested pool chairs. Park access is a Mears motor coach, not Disney transport: about every 30 minutes to Magic Kingdom (ending at the TTC), roughly hourly elsewhere, so most park-heavy guests drive. It suits families who'll use the pools hard and want early entry without deluxe pricing, and conference-goers whose meeting happens to come with a lazy river.

At the Hilton properties, yes: Signia and the Waldorf Astoria carry 30-minute early entry at all four parks, confirmed through 2027. The neighboring Wyndham Grand Bonnet Creek does not, despite the shared address, so check the flag before assuming the perk.
