Our take
By Matt Spaulding, Founder and writer
At The Georgian, you book the ocean by name. The homepage says 14 of its rooms are ocean-facing suites, and the room list includes Georgian Suites and Two Bedroom Oceanfront Suites. The King and Two Queen rooms make no promise about a view, and the hotel never gives a total room count, so there's no telling what share of the building gets the water. If the view is why you're coming, pay for a suite. Every night also carries a $45 destination fee, which Hyatt's booking screen shows and says is subject to change. The hotel's own pages call it a daily amenity fee. The FAQ gives it a whole paragraph (a beach cruiser when one's free, beach towels, Alo Yoga mats, coffee and tea in The Library each morning, EV charging, premium internet) and no dollar amount. Valet is the only parking the hotel lists. It's $72 a night plus tax with unlimited in-and-out, so with the fee a night with a car runs $117 over the room rate before tax, or $351 for three nights. A dog costs more than the car. Dogs up to 25 pounds can stay, two per room, at $125 a day, and a dog plus the valet comes to $197 a night before tax, on top of the fee. Neither page mentions a pool. Let the cruisers and towels earn back some of that fee.

Check tonight's price →The Georgian Hotel FAQ
Does The Georgian Hotel charge a resort fee?
Yes, a $45 destination fee per night. Hyatt's booking screen shows the amount and says it's subject to change, while the hotel's own pages call it a daily amenity fee and print no price. It covers beach cruisers when available, beach towels, Alo Yoga mats and Alo Moves classes in the room, morning coffee and tea in The Library, EV charging, premium internet, package handling, 20% off hotel retail and priority reservations at The Georgian Room.
How much is parking at The Georgian Hotel?
$72 a night plus tax, valet, with unlimited in-and-out. The FAQ lists no self-parking and no oversized-vehicle rate. Restaurant guests pay $20 with validation for 2.5 hours, then $7 an hour up to $90.
Does The Georgian Hotel have ocean-view rooms?
Some. The homepage says 14 of its rooms are ocean-facing suites, and the room list includes Georgian Suites and Two Bedroom Oceanfront Suites. The King and Two Queen rooms aren't described as ocean-facing, so book a suite by name if the view matters.
Does The Georgian Hotel have a pool?
Not that it mentions. Neither the homepage nor the FAQ lists a pool, so plan on the beach instead, with the cruisers and towels the amenity fee covers.
Can I bring my dog to The Georgian Hotel?
Yes, if it weighs 25 pounds or less, with a maximum of two dogs per room. The pet fee is $125 a day, which is more than the $72 nightly valet rate.
What time is check-in at The Georgian Hotel?
3 pm. Check-out is noon.
