Six guests is the cap, and that number shapes the whole two hours. You ride a rigid-inflatable Zodiac with a USCG-licensed captain who doubles as your guide, narrating the bay and pointing out dolphins, manatees, sea turtles and seabirds while you sit close enough to ask him questions. It suits couples, families and small groups who want someone explaining what they're looking at. Bigger parties need a second boat or a private charter. The catch is exposure. The boat is open on top with no cabin to duck into, so you're in the weather for the full two hours. The operator's own advice tells you to expect to get wet in very windy conditions, and to bring sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, and a jacket in the cooler months. Parking deserves planning up front. The Miami Beach Marina garage sits right at the dock, and the operator calls it more expensive than the alternatives without ever publishing a rate for it. The city lots it steers you toward instead charge $2.00 an hour with a $20 daily cap, about a 15-minute walk out. That same page warns that public parking is generally full throughout the day and asks you to arrive 25 to 30 minutes early. Take that seriously. One more thing to read before you book: cancel inside 48 hours and you get a credit voucher, not cash.

How long is the tour?
Two hours. Both flagship small-group trips, the Ultimate Miami Boat Tour and the Biscayne Bay Speed Boat Tour, run 2 hours. Private yacht rentals are the longer option at 2, 4 or 8 hours, or multiple days.
Where do I park, and what does it cost?
The Miami Beach Marina garage is closest, but the operator doesn't publish a rate for it, only that it costs more than nearby options. The city lots it recommends instead, South Pointe Park and 1 Washington Ave, charge $2.00 an hour with a $20 daily max through ParkMobile or PayByPhone, roughly a 15-minute walk away. Street meters run $1.00 to $4.00 an hour, enforced 9am to 3am and free from 3am to 9am. Parking isn't part of the tour price either way, so budget it on top.
Will I get wet?
Probably, in windy conditions. It's an open rigid-inflatable boat with no cabin, and the operator tells you to expect to get wet in very windy conditions. Bring sunscreen, sunglasses and a hat, plus a jacket in the cooler months.
How many people fit on the boat?
Six. The bolster seating is built for six passengers, so a party larger than that needs a second boat or a private charter.
Can I get a refund if I cancel?
Not by default. Cancelling inside the standard 48-hour window gets you a credit voucher rather than cash. A cash refund up to 4 hours before departure requires adding roughly $10 of cancellation insurance when you book, and using that carries a $6 processing fee.
Is bottled water provided?
It depends on the tour. The Biscayne Bay Speed Boat tour includes bottled water. The Ultimate Boat Tour doesn't, and asks you to bring your own reusable bottle instead. Gratuity and hotel pickup aren't included on either.
