Every room was renovated in 2025, all 200 of them, new flooring included, and the fitness room was refreshed in the same work. The Ballpark Bar sits below the guest rooms, and its noise carries upstairs until about 11 at night; rooms away from it are quieter. On game nights that is the cost of being next door to Daikin Park. No pool turned up on any operator page. Marriott's screen had no destination fee line, which leaves parking as the add-on. Marriott's page lists valet only, $65 per day, or $70 for full-size trucks and oversized vehicles, and it can't take dual rear wheels or trailers. The valet itself gets quick, courteous reports. One pet per room is allowed, up to 40 pounds, for a $50 non-refundable fee, which Marriott's listing prints per night. The front desk won't check in anyone under 21. It's 9 minutes on foot to the George R. Brown, and the hotel runs no airport shuttle.
