The free hot breakfast buffet is the most consistent compliment this Hampton gets, with attentive staff next, though we found very little guest writing for the Hampton itself. It shares its building and its address, 710 Crawford Street, with a Homewood Suites, and what turns up from the Homewood side mentions shared elevators and occasional street noise. Hilton's page puts Daikin Park two blocks away and Discovery Green just down the street. The George R. Brown is 7 minutes on foot. Parking is valet only, $59 a night, and the valet has a 6-foot height limit, so a tall van can't be parked at the hotel at all. Hilton's booking screen showed no mandatory charge. Pets are allowed for a $75 non-refundable fee. You can check in from 3 PM, and check-out is 11 AM. There's an outdoor pool and a fitness center, and the Homewood-side listing calls the pool small.
