The hotel is at 334 West 3rd Street, three minutes on foot from Sundance Square Plaza, and reviews call it walkable to downtown restaurants and attractions. A room away from the street is the one to ask for. Marriott's screen showed no fee line for Wednesday, November 11, the night we priced, though reviews mention extra charges, including parking arrangements and a fee for the in-room microwave, so that screen may not be the whole bill. Marriott's page lists self-parking at $14 an hour or $37 a day and valet at $37 a day, without saying whether tax is added. Reviews describe clean, spacious rooms and a friendly front desk. Service is inconsistent beyond that, with some guests finding staff unhelpful and others helpful. Some also report accessibility problems, so confirm what an accessible room has with the hotel before you book.
