Of the five hotels here, Homewood Suites is the farthest west, at 4109 Walnut Street. From 30th Street Station it is a 30-minute walk, 12 minutes more than the next-farthest hotel in this area. Valet is the only parking, $45 a night on Hilton's own hotel-info page, which says self-parking is not available, so three nights cost $135. The Sheraton, 14 minutes closer to the station on foot, posts $15 less for self-parking over the same stay. Hilton listed six rooms for November 17, 2026 with no fee line, which leaves Philadelphia's 15.5% room tax and the 0.75% levy on hotels of 50 or more rooms as the only additions. The hotel-info page puts check-in at 3 PM and check-out at 11 AM, and a pet at $75, non-refundable. We found no hotel shuttle, so plan to ride SEPTA: $2.90 a trip, with the first two transfers free within 2 hours.
