Air conditioning trouble comes up in guest complaints, and some rooms look due for a refresh. Construction next door at Penn's Landing has started early in the morning for some guests. Hilton's booking screen for 17 November 2026 had no fee line beside the rates and no Price includes or Mandatory Charge line. A hotel of 348 rooms owes the 0.75% levy on top of Philadelphia's 15.5%, so tax comes to about 16.25%.
