Cooking classes are part of the pitch at Epicurean Atlanta, taught in a demonstration kitchen the hotel calls the Epicurean Theatre. Up on the 9th level, the Sky Terrace has a pool and Aerial Kitchen & Bar, and both depend on the weather. It opened in September 2021 with 178 rooms, 22 of them suites, 9 minutes on foot from the Woodruff Arts Center. You must be 21 to check in, which opens at 4 PM, and check-out is 11 AM. Marriott's screen showed no Destination Fee line when we read it for November 18. We moved the night because on November 17 only a two-bedroom Presidential Suite package was left, marked almost sold out. Valet is the only parking, at $55 a day or $60 for an oversized vehicle. A weekend with a car is $110 for the two nights, and the hotel's page doesn't say whether tax is on top. Room upkeep varies. Reviews report billing errors, minibar charges most of all, so read the final bill before you leave.

Does Epicurean Atlanta charge a resort or destination fee?
No. Marriott's booking screen showed room rates and no Destination Fee line when we read it for November 18, 2026. On November 17 it listed only a two-bedroom Presidential Suite package, marked almost sold out. Atlanta adds 16.9% in hotel and sales tax, and Georgia adds a $5 a night state fee.
