Our take
By Matt Spaulding, Founder and writer
At 168 meters, a 2-minute walk from 267 Marietta St NW, the Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta at Centennial Olympic Park is the closest of the twelve hotels we cover around the park. Ruth's Chris Steak House is in the building, and breakfast cooked to order and an evening reception are both in the rate. For the night of November 17, 2026, Hilton's booking screen showed no hotel fee on top of the rate. A car changes that: Hilton's info page says self-parking isn't available, and valet is $60 a night, or $180 over three nights. The valet line and the elevators are the recurring complaints, and both bite hardest at busy times, so leave extra time on an event day. Older rooms read as dated, and recently renovated ones as quiet. Up to two dogs or cats can come, for a non-refundable $75 on a stay of up to four nights. EV charging on site is complimentary.
