Sonesta's site has a section headed "Resort Fee at Our South Beach Hotel," but it only lists what you get (bike rental, two beach loungers per room with towels, fitness center access, premium WiFi, two bottles of water on arrival) and never names a charge. The hotel's own site does not mention a resort fee at all. Note the fitness center in that list is currently unavailable during the renovation. Ask the front desk for the exact nightly total before you book.
