All 101 suites at Twelve Midtown are apartment-style one- or two-bedrooms with a full kitchen, at Atlantic Station. With a kitchen, breakfast and a few dinners can come from a grocery bag instead of a restaurant, and for a family or a week-long stay that matters more than the walk. The Woodruff Arts Center is 21 minutes away on foot, the longest here, across the 17th Street bridge from the Midtown core, so the arts district is a ride or a long walk while Atlantic Station's shops and restaurants are close. No fee line showed on Marriott's November 17 screen. Parking is $36 a day, self-park or valet, which undercuts valet at the Starling by $33. Self-parking is also sold at $10 an hour, and off-site parking is available nearby. Most of the reviews we found date from 2019. They like the views from the upper floors and complain about staff attitude and upkeep in some areas.
