Disney's listing puts the Westin "across from the Disneyland Resort," and on a map it is, but there's no way into the parks from the Pixar Pier side, so you go around, either crossing Katella at Harbor Boulevard or cutting along Disneyland Drive through Downtown Disney. One detailed review puts the walk at 15 to 17 minutes. The path through the Grand Californian is quicker, but it's gated, and going in that way takes a Disneyland Resort room key. RISE, the rooftop lounge, has fire pits facing Pixar Pier and the Incredicoaster, and from up there you can see the fireworks in the distance. Look closely at the room type you book. A no-view room can face straight onto a parking garage and the dumpsters. The rate Marriott showed on October 19, 2026 had no destination fee in it, so parking is the add-on if you drive. Self-parking is $50 a day and valet $60. The hourly self-park rate is $25, which means a two-hour lunch stop costs the same as a full day. The hotel doesn't take pets. The pool itself is ordinary. The same reviewer had the whole pool to themselves, no $250 cabana needed.
